If it’s the current 5008 model, sold from 2017 onwards, then you need to go into SETTINGS, then OPTIONS, then SYSTEM SETTINGS, then DISTANCE AND FUEL CONSUMPTION. You should be able to switch from mph to km/h and back from here.
