Belt or chain in my 2016 Mokka 1.4?
I have a 2016 ,1.4 tech line mokka turbo does it have a chain or belt cam belt and would you advise I have it changed as is now 8 years old but only done 33000 miles.

Hi Andrew,
That engine has a timing chain, not a belt. In theory the chain is designed for the life of the engine as it has no set replacement schedule. Unless a mechanic has identified it as noisy or having another issue, you shouldn't worry about changing it.
