Belt or chain in a Qashqai 1.6?
Hi I'm just wondering about a 2016 Qashqai 1.6 diesel automatic. Does it have a timing chain or belt and if so when to change it out. Thanks very much.

That engine has a timing chain, which normally wouldn't have a set replacement schedule, but Nissan does suggest it should be changed every 300,000km or 10 years, whichever comes first.
