Yes, there were quite a few registered before the new model came out, though it's not easy to work out from the registration figures where the changeover occurred. Up to the end of June there were 71 registrations that I'm sure were of the Mark 2. Then there were 600 registrations of the Kuga in July. I expect that most of those were of the newer version, though it's likely that the Mark 2 features in those figures.
