I cant recommend Spirit enough for the professional and personal service they provide. I've had some pretty poor experiences in the past with other garages and can say that Spirit are head and shoulders above the competition. We had quite a lengthy wait for our car and Spirit at all times kept us up to speed with the latest news. Mark, our sales person was so professional, understood our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible buying a car. They made the whole process easy. I recently had an great experience at this Dealership. Michael Lally, the senior salesman helped me to trade in my vehicle and purchase an approved used car - a lovely Audi A4. Michael helped me find my car by callback over the telephone. He matched me with this car by asking my preferences. He was extremely flexible with appointments (I needed this given I am a doctor) so I was able to get a suitable appointment to view the car and even to pick it up post sale without hassle. I got excellent and fair trade in value, excellent customer service and the new vehicle is stunning! I was given a 1 year warranty which helped put me at ease buying a used car. Stephen helped me secure my preferred finance plan in a very timely manner and took the time to carefully explain this process to me. Both Michael and Stephen were highly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them! Simon made the whole process of buying a new car seamless, a completely faultless service from a true professional. Simon addressed any all of my queries and requests, from arranging to have the grill factory sprayed to arranging delivery of the car to Waterford, it was a level of service that is quite rare in the industry. A two year warranty came with the car which is an exceptional offering for a second hand car - 99% of dealerships offer one at best. The coffee, flowers and key box etc., all little gestures but demonstrate the attention to detail for the customer's experience at Spirit Land Rover - The five star hotel of car dealerships!

Thankfully I got to meet Maciej the sales rep, I am dealing with now. He is really nice and genuine guy. Maciej is a really helpful salesman. He never rushes you and he gives you his full attention and advice Maciej, helped me to trade in my vehicle and purchase an approved used car - a lovely Jaguar F-Pace in March 2023 which is indeed a beast. I never took an appointment and yet Maciej gave us a great experience to view and test-drive the car and even to pick it up post sale without hassle.
