Way too much hassle to make a booking over the phone, person tried fobbing me off till the end of the month, only when I said I'd go to another garage did they fit me in sooner. I said I needed a replacement car, massive pushback, I said no problem I'd go to another garage, then I was told a replacement car would be available. I arrived and guess what, no car ready. They look confused. Person tried saying there was no cars available, I reminded them the calls were recorded when I made the booking and I specifically requested I needed a replacement car for work. Was told they thought there wasn't a car ready for me, I asked for my keys back and said cancel the service and surprise surprise they got a car for me. Was told the car should be ready at lunchtime. It was 4.40pm when I got it back. Very poor customer experience, first time in here, won't be returning and won't recommend to others based on that over the phone and in person experience.

Hi, i highly recommend Kearys Nissan. I bought a nissan juke 171 and I dealt with Walter Brennan. I contacted Kearys Nissan about the car and spoke to Walter. What a nice man he is. Walter sent me a video of the car it had just arrived as a trade in. He explained everything about the car to me and that the car would be prepared for sale and would take a few days. He kept me updated on the progress. When the car was ready we drove down from Kildare and the car was in showroom condition. Fully serviced, fully validated, and with a one year full warranty. The hole process was so easy and Walter was a gentleman. He even emailed me a few days later to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic experience.
