Disgraceful customer service! We ordered a part last week which was stated by a member of VW Staff that the part arrived the next day and they never contacted us to let us know it was in when they said they would. when eventually we did get through to someone after they continue to hang up our call we got through to the Audi receptionist who was in fairness very helpful. My partner went into vw to be approached by a very ignorant member of staff who left him standing for a 30 minutes waiting and continued answering the phone and proceeded to say he was searching for the part when he clear was not! He then eventually came back to say they had lost the part but however it’s okay they have check with a local parts shop who had one in stock to go there as they could no longer help us. So much for FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING! we went to One Stop who were lovely and very friendly howeverVW Conolloys who stated they had the part in stock ordered the wrong one completely. I don’t know about anyone else but if they can’t even order a part worth €30 I certainly wouldn’t be purchasing a car worth €30,000 from them . Absolutely ran by headless chickens.
