Booked my car for a full service(B) and waited for over 3 weeks for it. Dropped in the car in the morning and was told that they will ring me when done. Got a call and they said service A (minor) has been done!! When I told that I had booked in for full service they put me on hold and said that yes it will be a full service as they will change the air filter now! Got there to collect the car and paid €400 for the service to see that the invoice read as service A done and air filter added at bottom. Then went out to see the car and had stains from wash all over the car. Did bring out the service manager to show but he said that this is how it is meant to be!! I have images to prove this. Also later checked that the engine oil was barely added as the indicator was still sitting at the minimum mark!! This is absolutely shocking and disgraceful!
