Porsche Panamera Hybrid: Rumored premiere at Geneva Motor Show

Street word has it that Porsche will debut the Porsche Panamera Hybrid at the Geneva Motor Show.

Porsche is expected to unveil the Panamera Hybrid, as well as a new diesel version of its four-door sedan, at the upcoming 2011 Geneva Auto Show. The Panamera Hybrid is likely to arrive in the U.S. later this year as a 2012 model.

Porsche first disclosed details of the future Panamera Hybrid in early 2008, saying it would share a parallel-hybrid system with the Cayenne Hybrid. Porsche’s system enables the vehicle to operate with an electric motor, a gasoline engine or a combination of both.
