Porsche is looking into a new entry-level Porsche Boxster as well as a Porsche Cayman Targa.
Speaking with Automotive News, Porsche CEO Matthias Mueller said that a new product strategy for Porsche will be completed by the end of March and that there were several opportunities for new models.
“We have a good opportunity to get new products to increase volume and revenue,” he said. “We are analyzing our chances in different segments.”
These included the long-rumored four-cylinder roadster model, which would share its mid-engine platform with Volkswagen and Audi, as well as a Cayman Targa complete with a removable roof just like the 911 Targa.
