Mazda Ireland is the official car supplier to the Laya Healthcare Street Performance World Championship (SPWC) held in Dublin's Merrion Square and in Cork.
The event features the best international street performers, all competing for the world champion title. It's a free weekend festival full to the brim with jaw-dropping jugglers, awe-inspiring acrobats and spine-tingling sword swallowers.
Due to the mini-heat wave we are enjoying the air conditioning was turned up to the maximum in the fleet of Mazda5 cars used for transporting the street performers and visitors to and from the festival venue.
Festival goers were asked to look out for a fleet of Mazda5 cars branded with the festival logo, which offered family visitors complimentary rides from both Heuston Station and from the Luas Stop at St. Stephen's Green to Merrion Square.
The Laya Healthcare Street Performance World Championship selected the Mazda5 as its official car because: "Whether its carrying performers and their props, or parents and children , the Mazda5's interior space, clever seven-seat system and rear sliding doors offers us all the flexibility we need," according to Sinead McNamara, SPWC Partnership Director .
