You’ve got loads — you’re over 18, employed and have a licence, albeit a provisional for now. Depending on your income level and the car you want to buy, you should have no problems, and there are plenty of good cars out there available, new, from under €200 a month (net of deposit and PCP deal etc). The only issue might be insurance, but have a shop around and get friendly with a good local broker for that.
