Do not Recommend whatsoever!!! Stay away!! When I bought a car from them, I was assured that it was in excellent condition. I explained that it was for my mother, a recent widow, and that we didn't have time for nonsense. They insisted the car was fantastic, despite the fact that it was overpriced for this very reason. We bought the car only to discover it had a slew of issues. The engine was making a constant noise. The entire exhaust system was broken and rusted to the point of falling apart. We had warranty, so these issues were resolved, but this calls into question the entire promise that the car "was perfect" from the start. The noise was never fixed, so we brought it back in. They said it was the fan belt, which they replaced, but the noise persisted. There were aggressive vibrations when accelerating, and I called several times to have them fix it but was always promised a call back. However, they never called. After some time, my widowed mother was driving around in a broken-down car, waiting for them to call, but they never did. Until I called and requested a refund, they said they would call me back as usual, but I waited two months and still received no response. In February, I insisted on a refund because the car had been defective from the start, and they said they could buy it back. But for €4500 less than what I paid them. I had no choice but to sell the car for €4500 less then I bought it for. As a result, I recommend that everyone avoid these thieves. They took advantage of a disabled widow. I lost €4500 on this deal. It’s disgusting 🤮 Stay away!!!

I bought a car from this garage recently and I cannot speak highly enough of Rory and his team. They were always available on the other end of the phone for any queries I had and were very accommodating and friendly throughout the whole transaction. Great people to deal with if you are in the market seeking a new car.

We went to this dealer as we were interested in a car posted online. From the description the car was perfect and was very well equipped. When we arrived in the car park to see and check it out, we confirmed that we were interested and would therefore like to proceed with financing. However, this is where the story changes as, upon checking the car again, we realise that it is missing some of the features that were mentioned in their description, such as the sat nav system and especially the parking sensors which, as the car is quite big, were one of the reos why we liked the car. We ask the seller, Connor, who confirms that 'probably the girl who placed the ad was a bit slow that day'. We answer him, of course, that we would have to think about it for a moment before proceeding with the purchase as we would have to pay for a car that was not as described. Not to mention some internal defects that were neither visible in the photos nor mentioned in the sales ad. As an annoyed and unprofessional reply we received: 'You have to wait until you know whether your financing application will be accepted first’. No dear. First I have to decide whether I will give you my money, that's different. Without even apologising for the misleading description, for THEIR mistake, and without even proposing an alternative. After a few days we write (because correctness and politeness are important) that we are no longer interested in buying the car, and neither did they or did they deign to reply. Apparently selling is not their business and courtesy and professionalism do not live there. Good choice then. Ours.
