We mentioned last weekend that German niche sports car manufacturer Wiesmann was bringing a new concept to Geneva to gauge interest in a possible production version, and here it is. Color us very interested. Full details on the Wiesmann Spyder are yet to be released, but judging by the photos, it should impress....

Remember the proposed Kia K9 luxury sedan? Apparently, it's a reality, as spy shots of the Kia flagship have hit a web forum in Korea. As you can see, the K9's camouflage (which sneakily includes Hyundai Genesis wheels) doesn't obscure a set of Maserati Quattroporte-style fender ports. Just how upmarket is Kia shooting with this? Well, according to the tipster who sent them to us, the K9 is expected to slot into the market space between the Hyundai Genesis and Equus sedans....Feb 28, 2011
The new Koenigsegg Agera R is bound to be one of the main stars of the 2011 Geneva motor show.
Boasting 1115bhp, thanks to a revised version of the Agera 5-litre V8 engine (capable of running on bio-fuel), the Agera R will be the most powerful Koenigsegg ever produced. No performance claims are yet being made but it’s bound to be incredible thanks to a power to weight ratio dramatically better than the Bugatti Veyron. That’s thanks to the Agera R’s remarkable 1330kg dry-weight, over half a ton lighter than the big Bug....
The Geneva Motor Show has not even opened yet, but we already have the first photo of the outstanding Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4. A must see!
The Aventador’s set to be officially unveiled this week at the Geneva Motor Show where it will power out onto the stage with a 6.5-liter V12 engine with an output of 700hp at 8,250 RPM and max torque of 509 lb/ft at 5,500 RPM....

Audi is currently teasing a super-lightweight variant of the Audi R8, codenamed NF, to selected journalists. Have a look!
During a presentation at a technology demonstration at its lightweight research and production plant in Neckersulm, Germany, senior Audi product developers teased an upcoming R8 supercar variant codenamed “NF” that will feature even greater usage of lightweight composites....
