Volvo is offering some new Personal Contract Plans (PCP) for its whole range, ready for the 161 registration in January.

The PCP deal means customers can pay fixed monthly instalments for three years, with the car's guaranteed minimum future value (GMFV) pegged at 43 per cent of the original on-the-road price at that point. Then the customer has a choice: hand the car back as a part exchange on a new Volvo; or pay the GMFV in a lump sum and keep the vehicle.

As some examples, the V40 can be had from €275 per month - or €289 per month as an R-Design, the S60 will cost at least €325 per month, the V60 €369 per month, the XC60 is available from €390 per month and the XC90 SUV from €635 per month.

Adrian Yeates, managing director of Volvo Car Ireland, said: "There has been a significant increase in the uptake by Irish customers of vehicle finance packages. We believe our competitive new PCP offers and pricing, along with our new model year 2016 vehicles, offer customers the perfect combination of style, safety and affordability."
