SsangYong will unveil the new Rodius at the Ploughing Championships on 24th September.

What's the news?
SsangYong will unveil the new Rodius at the Ploughing Championships on 24th September. The event takes place this year at Ratheniska, Co. Laois and incorporates a large agricultural trade show. In some markets the Rodius is known as the Turismo, and in Ireland prices range from €36,995 to €42,995.

Although based on the same platform as the old Rodius the new model is completely restyled. It still offers a combination of seven seats with a large boot; and with the rear bench slid forward there is 875 litres of luggage space. It is also possible to remove the third row of seats completely and the middle chairs can be folded and used as tables.

Power comes from a 2.0-litre, 155hp diesel engine with the choice of six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmissions.

Anything else?
The National Ploughing Championships is one of Europe's largest outdoor exhibitions and agricultural trade shows. In addition to the new Rodius, SsangYong will show the Korando Sports Pick Up Cab, Korando SUV and the new Rexton W, which will be available in the New Year.
