The UK price is not relevant to the calculation. Revenue takes what it believes to be the Open Market Selling Price (OMSP), i.e. the price the car would sell for in Ireland. I can see that the C40 Ultimate is priced at just under £55,000 in the UK. That same model is €66,710 on Volvo Ireland's website so that's likely to be the OMSP Revenue will work with (unless the specification is higher on the UK car, in which case it will up the OMSP).

EVs attract a VRT rate of just seven per cent, so the VRT would be simply seven per cent of €66,710, or €4,669.70.
