Unfortunately, there is no process to exchange an Indian driving licence for an Irish one and regardless of your experience, you will have to go through the whole process as a beginner would. Read the official How to Exchange a Foreign Driving Licence guide from the NDLS if in any doubt.

You can drive in Ireland on your Indian licence for a period of up to 12 months from the date of your arrival in Ireland, but you'll have to go through the process of obtaining a new licence before that time runs out.
