I'm afraid there is no way to get the OMSP on a car for definite if it is not already on the Revenue calculator. The best you can do is scour classifieds in Ireland for as similar a car as possible to get a feel for how much they go for here, but obviously that's very difficult to do when it's a rare car. Revenue won't give you an answer before the car arrives for inspection, either, which is quite frustrating for buyers in your position.
